RRDE 2-channel potentiostat CS2350M bipotentiostat with EIS in one channel has two sets of built-in independent potentiostat /galvanostat. It means that you’ll have 2 sets potentiostat/galvanostat(single-channel) in one instrument. For CS2350M bipotentiostat with EIS in one channel, one channel provides full electrochemical techniques including EIS, the other channel provides all but EIS technique.The bipotentiostat can conduct RRDE and Hydrogen diffusion Test. Besides, better than many other bipotentiostat in the market, experiment can be conducted simultaneously in each channel. RRDE 2-channel potentiostat CS2350M bipotentiostat with EIS in one channel is the real double-channel potentiostat. It uses Ethernet connection. EIS module is included in one channel. Full floating module and electrical isolation design guarantee each channel is totally independent, which ensures accurate data. We also supply CS2350M with EIS in both channels. Please not that for RDE testing there is only one working electrode(disk), no need a bipotentiostat(2-channel potentiostat), a single-channel potentiostat is sufficient.

Typical application of 2-channel potentiostat CS2350M bipotentiostat:
Rotating Ring-Disk Electrode (RRDE)
Oxidation/reduction reaction (ORR) study: while measuring the polarization curve of disk electrode in the main channel, apply a constant polarization potential on the ring electrode, and thus detect the intermediate products on the disk electrode. RRDE test becomes the typical method for ORR study. CS2350M can be connected to any RRDE equipment.

Please note that our Corrtest 2-channel potentiostat CS2350M bipotentiostat is compatible to any brand RRDE rotator. When doing the RRDE test, if a bipotentiostat is used, the test can be done directly by the technique “RRDE”. If two sets single-channel potentiostat are used, instead of a set 2-channel potentiostat CS2350M bipotentiostat, you should choose “floating” mode for both sets single channel potentiostat to avoid interference between the potentiostats.
